  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Jewellery that has been used, worn, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Customers must send us clear photos or videos of the defective or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery at care@triistrii.in
  • Our quality team will inspect the evidence before approving the refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for size issues in kurtis or defective items in jewellery.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store a full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery of returns.
